*Please keep in mind that due to Covid-19 many shipping companies suspended their “on time delivery guarantees” therefore packages may take longer to reach their final destination.

If you need to cancel or make a change to your order, please reach out within 24 hours of placing the order. Kindly note that as our team works hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible, we may not be able to cancel or update your order upon request.

Please contact us through our “Contact Us” page and will cancel the order no questions asked.

We offer a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy:

If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - You must send the product back too us (shipping must be responsible via buyer) and we will inspect it to confirm it is damaged.

 

Timing: we have a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy, since the day item was received.

To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.

For returns, please email roskva.team@gmail.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.

Seller will provide the customer with instructions where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.

Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.

When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.

If the refund is approved, then it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.

•Sterling silver is an alloy containing not less than 92.5% silver content.

•To prevent your silver from oxidizing, we recommend you do not swim, bathe, or shower in your jewelry.  With all sterling silver jewelry orders, we provide a polishing cloth to maintain the finish of your piece. Storing your jewelry in a dustbag or box, with the polishing cloth, will prevent unwanted tarnish. If tarnishing does occur, gently clean your jewelry with the provided polishing cloth.

Everchanging factors such as global supply chain disruption, inflation, and cost fluctuation of raw materials such as gold and silver may impact our prices from time to time. We continue to monitor production factors and do our absolute best to always give you high-quality products at accessible prices.

•Clean your jewelry carefully with a soft, non-abrasive and lint-free cloth or chamois; this helps maintain or bring back its shine. If necessary, you can use a mild washing up liquid with warm water and a soft toothbrush, then rinse with clean water and pat dry with a soft cloth.

•Avoid using ‘dip’ polish or abrasive jewelry cleaners as these contain harsh chemicals and can destroy your jewelry over time. We do not recommend the use of any jewelry polishing cloths which have been treated with cleaners or polishing agents.
